Joe and his maintenance team are the best! They are right there as soon as you need them and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Great place to live and maintenance is always the important backbone.

The new [managers] have completely turned around the maintenance staff for the better. When I first moved in, the washer would leak about a half-inch of water onto the bathroom floor every cycle and the staff told me to use towels until a part came in next month. With my two most recent requests, they had a maintenance guy at the door and done working in less than a half-hour! (Mitchell was great!)

I've just spent my first few months in my new apartment. The staff has been so awesome. They are so friendly and easy to communicate with. They have gone above and beyond for me as a new tenant. The grounds are always well maintained and all of the buildings are always clean. The maintenance staff are very friendly and get jobs done timely. They do a lot to bring the community together. My first month here they held a Wine night, they've had Santa here to take family pictures with, a movie and pajama night coming up, and an event that you can bring your holiday gifts to wrap. They cater to your pets too. Recently they've added additional dog waste container all over the complex which is so great. I heard a rumor that they will be adding additional bark parks. I am very happy I chose this community to live and will gladly refer anyone looking to them.

Management is really making this a great community to live in - from non-smoking reminders to dog walkers, etc. I do not have any complaints about their service! Maintenance is very willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that the resident is comfortable and happy.
